The method behind the services

NARRIEL is a technology and a service for semantic analysis, intelligent content creation and structured AI governance. NARRIEL analyzes meanings, relationships, perspectives and contradictions in information. The results can be used as structured semantic references for content production, communication and AI applications. NARRIEL helps organizations communicate their identity more consistently, develop content traceably and create shared foundations of meaning for different AI systems.

Quantum semantics

NARRIEL uses a quantum-semantic approach to the structured analysis of context-dependent meanings and their relationships.

Here, the term denotes a methodological approach. It does not mean that NARRIEL uses physical quantum computers, or that the correctness of every interpretation of meaning is mathematically guaranteed.

Canon ≠ Ingest ≠ Goal ≠ Generated

NARRIEL keeps four things apart: binding statements (canon), raw input (ingest), intended outcomes (goal) and produced results (generated). Raw input never silently becomes truth.

NARRIEL Semantic Snapshot

A NARRIEL Semantic Snapshot is a versioned, reusable and integrity-protected representation of a semantic identity — of a person, a subject-matter expert, an organization or a historical figure. It is derived exclusively from content supplied by the customer.

How a Semantic Snapshot is created

  1. Customer content. The customer provides the source material: texts, publications, documents, interviews, historical records or corporate knowledge. The sources define the boundary of what the Snapshot may express.
  2. Quantum-semantic analysis. NARRIEL analyzes the material with its quantum-semantic method: context-dependent meanings, relationships, perspectives, argumentation patterns and contradictions are identified and structured.
  3. Semantic building blocks. The analysis produces distinct building blocks: UrNarratives (the foundational narratives of an identity), Narratives (derived, context-specific lines of argument and storytelling) and Thematic Packs (bundled knowledge and terminology for a subject area).
  4. Fixation with SHA-256. Each building block is fixed with a SHA-256 hash. Any later change to a block becomes detectable, so the content of a block is reproducible and verifiable.
  5. Versioned assembly. The NARRIEL Assembly Orchestrator merges the fixed building blocks in a defined, versioned composition. Each composition receives its own version and approval status.
  6. Reusable Snapshot. The result is provided as a Semantic Snapshot that can be reused as a stable semantic reference for content production, communication and AI applications.

Distinguishable semantic identity

Because every building block is fixed and every composition is versioned, a Snapshot describes one identity precisely and keeps it separable from others — whether a person, a subject-matter expert, a company or a historical figure. Identity here means the documented meaning structure of the supplied sources, not a claim about the real person or organization beyond them.

SHA-256 secures the integrity and traceability of the building blocks. It does not certify that the underlying sources are factually correct. Source verification and release remain the customer’s and the editorial team’s responsibility.

Behind the scenes: the analysis workbench

NARRIEL work is done in an internal workbench. It keeps roles, analysis steps and sources apart, so that every result can be traced back to its input.

Roles and sources stay separate. Results stay traceable.

Semantic drift

The term “security” means something different to IT, to finance and to facility management. Without a shared reference, AI systems quietly pick one of them.
